2023 Cancellation Policy

Due to COVID-19 and changing weather patterns including smoke and heat, with the full support of Mercer Island Parks and Recreation, we reserve the right to cancel our 2023 camps at any time. We truly apologize for the potential frustration, but are unwilling to run programs that put anyone at risk.

2023 Refund Policy

If we cancel any summer camp, you will receive your full payment, less a $25 office fee.

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the start date of your camp, you will receive a full refund, less a $25 dollar office fee.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start date of your camp no refund will be made.
